This landmark venue is dedicated to Indian athletes, their families, and supporters, marking India’s first-ever exclusive hospitality house at the Olympic Games and highlighting the nation’s rising prominence in global sports.
Nita Ambani, founder of the Reliance Foundation, inaugurated India House with great enthusiasm on the eve of the Paris Olympics 2024. As an International Olympic Committee member, Ambani described the opening as fulfilling “a dream that belongs to 1.4 billion Indians,” aiming to bring India to the Olympics and to bring the Olympics to India.
India House is designed to showcase India’s rich heritage and vibrant culture, offering a platform to celebrate the nation’s diverse traditions and the spirit of its athletes. Located 15 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower, it provides a comforting retreat for athletes and their families amid the global event.
